CEO Brian Gruber to Moderate Innovations in Technology Panel at Jazz Connect Conference

APAP In New York flipping between our three shows on this Wednesday night–from the golden voice of Vicci Martinez from Jazz Alley Seattle to the rocking Dean Brown from Yoshi’s in San Francisco to the second week of Eric McFadden’s month long residency at The Mint in LA. I am making final preparations for the Jazz Connect conference, which is part of the annual APAP meeting. The Association of Performing Arts Presenters is a national service organization dedicated to developing and supporting a robust performing arts presenting field and the professionals who work within it.

My Innovations in Technology panel will be held at the NY Hilton East Ballroom at 10:30am EST. The panel was curated by San Francisco’s own Brian Zisk, who runs the west coast’s premier music and tech conference, the SF Music Tech Summit. Here’s how Zisk describes the panel:
“Technology is increasingly setting the table for how we distribute, promote and experience music. This insider’s look into the cutting edge technology and trends will illuminate the current platforms of today and the possibilities of tomorrow.”

I’ll be reporting on the conference as well as Winter Jazz Fest over the next few days. Stay tuned!
